Detail My Ride is a car detailing shop in Ottawa that also does ceramic coating, paint protection film, tint and wraps. The phone rings while the team has its hands on a vehicle. We SimpliFi set the shop line to ring the team first. If nobody picks up, the Agent answers in English, French or Arabic, books the job into the shop calendar and texts the customer back. The same Agents cover their sister brand, Tint My Ride, and the owner has their own Agent in Slack. Since going live on October 3, 2026, the Agent has picked up about 300 calls.
