Aymen rents out two homes to short stay guests. Guests write at all hours, and the cleaners need answers too. Now the Agent drafts each guest reply, answers simple questions and sends him a report every morning at 7:00.
The business
Aymen Property Management rents out two homes for short stays. One is in Toronto, the other in Chestermere. Aymen runs it with an assistant and a team of cleaners.
The problem
Guests send messages at all hours. They ask about check in times, parking and directions. The cleaners and the assistant have questions too. Aymen spent his day answering messages.
What we set up
- The Agent answers simple guest questions alone, like check in time, parking and directions, and tells Aymen after.
- For other guest messages, it writes the reply. Aymen sends it with one word.
- It talks with the cleaners and the assistant on WhatsApp, in English or French.
- It sends Aymen a report every morning at 7:00.
- When supplies run low, it finds the best links. Aymen buys.
What changed
- Guests get replies faster.
- Aymen answers fewer messages himself.
- Problems go to the assistant first, then to Aymen if needed.
- Aymen starts each day knowing what happened overnight.
